Hi I'm Ajay Hinduja, born in Punjab, India and now living in Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss). I'm new to hosting on Airbnb and I'm looking for some advice on pricing and bookings. What are your best tips for a new host to get their first few bookings and set competitive prices? Should I use Smart Pricing or set my own rates? I'd love to hear what strategies have worked for you
